About Ace Creative Studios
I founded Ace Creative Studios in September 2011 as a freelance all-encompassing design service, catering to small and medium businesses. As a high school student, I knew design was my passion after taking several courses dedicated to website development and digital illustration. Through developing my talents through my collegiate career at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, I wanted to try my hand at giving back to the communities I worked in by creating the best possible works I could muster. I have always set myself apart with quality research to back up my service and flexibility to tailor works to exacting specifications.
Education and Expertise
My exposure to the information technology world began in high school, taking courses in computer programming, web development, computer repair and an introduction to Adobe Creative Suite. These courses gave me an interest in working with technology and encouraged me to pursue design to a greater extent. After graduating from high school, I attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha, majoring in studio art with a concentration in interactive media. The studio art program taught me how to see with an artistic perspective through traditional art classes, as well as working knowledge of a variety of graphic and media development programs. I graduated in May 2012, but my education continues to this day through freelance projects and personal research.
Developed Skills
Throughout the 6 years I have actively worked as a designer, I have obtained a strong grasp on many Adobe products, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Flash. Accomponying the skills I have gained with design programs is the knowledge of web coding languages HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript. I have recently expanded my web development skills to encompass sites designed with content management systems, which allows the site owner to have control over their site information and updates and CSS frameworks, which allow for the standardization of website code for reliability.
What I'm trying to say is, I simply love design!
